Class 4 cases must not go into the waiting room. They must be taken (in a cage or on a trolley) WITHOUT their owner, directly to a isolation room.
While waiting for the responsible vet, owners of suspected class 4 animals should be asked to leave the animal in the car or take it directly to the isolation room in its cage.

Access to the isolation room is forbidden to owners and is reserved to clinic staff.
