It is forbidden to bring or consume food
(including chewing gum) or drinks.


It is forbidden to smoke, spit or chew tobacco on the production sites


Follow the instructions given by the supervisors as well as those given by the abattoir managers.


It is forbidden to touch any products being prepared

Outside the inspection practical work, it is strictly forbidden to touch products being prepared. For inspection practical work, measures must be taken to minimise cross contamination (respect of hygiene good practices, hand washing and disinfection, changing gloves, etc.).


When should you wash your hands?

- After going to the toilet

- After wiping your nose

- After removing gloves

- After having handled waste material
