Introduction
The surgery unit should always be kept as clean as possible. It is imperative to limit the infection pressure by reducing at the most the entrance of non-disinfected material and equipment.
Persons will be split into two teams:
- The anaesthesia team, which will be in charge of induction, monitoring and assistance of the horse until its complete awakening
- The surgery team, which will be directly involved in the surgery, concerned by the unit cleansing and tidying up after the surgery
