All potentially contaminated waste or waste which has been contaminated by blood or faecal material, and sharps must be disposed of in the yellow dustbins or boxes (needles) provided for this purpose and available in each unit.
Non-contaminated waste and non-sharp material must be disposed of in the other dustbins, also available in all units.
