To avoid contaminating other animals

Animals should not be taken into the waiting room if :

• They present:

Cats: sneezing and/or significant nasal discharge
• Are suspected or referred for:
« Distemper »
« Parvovirus »
« Panleukopenia »

« Coryza »
« Leptospirosis »
« Azotemia / Uremia / Acute anuria »

What should be done?

• Request that the animal be left :
- in the car
- in its cage

• Put the animal with its owners directly into a consultation room, on the table.

• Immediately contact the responsible vet

• Avoid as far as possible any contact without precautions -> it is never superfluous to put gloves on!
