Working in pairs
Practical work is conducted in pairs, with one student carrying out the autopsy (potentially contaminated and contaminating technical work) and the other handling samples (sample pots, swabs, etc), carrying out additional direct examinations and note-taking / drafting notes.
It is strictly forbidden to contaminate surfaces and particularly to touch the edges of tables, microscopes, taps etc. with gloves.
Students wearing gloves and therefore forbidden from touching anything other than cadavers and necropsy instruments.
